Responsibilities
- Active communication with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing recommendations for relevant solutions.
- Assisting in driving business forward to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Gathering information about cars and having in-depth knowledge of them.
- Providing detailed information about specific car features and advantages to potential clients.
- Effective communication with customers in Georgian, Russian, and preferably English.
- Ensuring clear and accurate information exchange to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
- Teamwork skills to overcome potential challenges and objections.
Qualifications
- Interest in the automotive field and knowledge of car characteristics and specifications.
- Proficiency in Russian and English at a communicative level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + achievable bonus system (average 2500 GEL per month).
