Key responsibilities: - Participate in the process of receiving finished products from production to the warehouse; - Check the quantity, assortment, and condition of incoming products; - Place finished products in the warehouse, considering established storage rules; - Control the correct placement and removal of products; - Participate in fulfilling customer orders; - Prepare products for dispatch; - Check the compliance of assembled products with invoices, e-waybills, and other documents; - Transfer prepared products to expeditors for delivery to customers; - Record the transfer of products to the expeditor according to established rules; - Participate in loading finished products onto transportation vehicles; - Control the quantity and assortment of products when issuing from the warehouse; - Participate in regular inventory checks and warehouse balances; - Monitor the expiration dates and condition of finished products; - Provide timely information to the Warehouse Manager about identified shortages, damages, discrepancies, or other issues; - Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse; - Ensure compliance with established temperature and sanitary regimes for product storage; - Work with commodity-transport and warehouse documents; - Adhere to internal labor regulations, labor safety requirements, sanitary standards, and safety rules; - Fulfill tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.
