Main responsibilities:

Daily collection of data on keg movements from distributors and control of accuracy. Identification of problematic trade objects and customers based on data analysis. Initiation of corrective actions in coordination with the sales team and distributors. Preparation of periodic reports and submission to management; identification of inefficiencies in processes and provision of information to relevant parties for further actions. Coordination of parties involved in the process of planning and implementing keg, pallet and box inventories. Collaboration with financial and accounting teams on the process of charging lost assets to distributors. Support for the monthly physical inventory of refrigerators and dispensing machines and asset counting. Ensuring the accuracy and timely update of asset databases. Provision of data to the team for commercial decision-making for various types of analysis. Identification of opportunities for improvement in the process of keg usage and development of relevant recommendations to increase asset usage efficiency. Support for keg turnover efficiency, ensuring timely return of empty kegs from the market, reducing the need for additional capital investments and supporting the production process. Participation in the development of new rules and procedures.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in finance, economics, business administration or a similar field. At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field. Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. High-level knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel). Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
