Student Financial Services Specialist

LLC "Black Sea International University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Student Financial Services Specialist

Work location: Tbilisi, D. Aghmasheneblis Khievani, 13th km. #2;

Work schedule: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

• Provide information on tuition fees, payment terms, and financial obligations;
• Draft financial agreements with students, review and respond to incoming applications and requests;
• Control the process of tuition fee payment, administer individual schedules, and inform students about debts;
• Record and update student financial data in electronic systems and generate relevant documentation;
• Prepare periodic reports and statistics, and collaborate with relevant structural units to effectively resolve issues;
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of personal and financial data.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field);
• Computer programs - MS Office;
• Languages - English (minimum B2 level);
• Experience working in a similar position is desirable.
