In this role, you will be the connective thread between our distributed HR teams, ensuring consistent people practices, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and mentor HR officers operating across different regional or office locations, providing day-to-day guidance and professional development support
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across all sites
  • Partner with site leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective HR strategies
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy across all locations, adapting practices to meet any local regulatory requirements
  • Monitor HR metrics and produce regular reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for employee relations matters, handling sensitive issues with discretion and fairness
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture across a geographically distributed workforce

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, ideally with responsibility for teams or staff across multiple locations

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to people and culture

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an education, ed-tech, or technology-driven organisation
  • Exposure to multi-site or multi-country HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data reporting tools
  • A relevant HR qualification or professional membership (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
