Creation and subscription of commodity invoices on the company's RS.ge electronic portal Accounting and reflection of import-related documentation and expense supporting documents in the relevant accounting program Processing and posting of bank statements in the accounting program Correct and timely processing of cash operations Accounting of documentation for the movement of commodity-material values Participation in accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets Accounting of accounts receivable and payable and updating of relevant data Systematization, storage and preparation of accounting documents for archiving Reconciliation of accounting data with relevant documents and registers Timely and high-quality execution of tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant within the competence
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (Administration, Business Management or related field - preferred) At least 2 years of work experience ACCA first level is desirable Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a multi-tasking mode and effective time management Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office is mandatory, knowledge of CRM or ERP systems will be considered an advantage) Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English or Russian is desirable
