HR Generalist

The international transport company's affiliate LLC "Transford" announces a vacancy for an HR Generalist position.

Work location: Poti

Work schedule: Full-time

Essential requirements:

• Higher education;

• At least 1 year of experience in human resources management in a logistics or shift-work organization;

• Knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages;

• Computer literacy;

• Practical experience in HR documentation and good knowledge of MS Excel;

• In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of Georgia and labor legislation and the ability to apply it in practice.

• Practical experience in personnel selection, preferably in production, professional and technical positions;

Job duties:

• Managing the full cycle of finding, selecting and hiring employees;

• Preparation and administration of employment contracts, additional agreements and HR documentation;

• Maintaining employee personal files and HR database;

• Administration of leaves, absences and sick leaves;

• Administration of health and accident insurance;

• Management of employment relationships in accordance with Georgian labor legislation;

• Handling employee requests and employment-related issues within the scope of authority;

• Identifying employee training needs and organizing training;

• Organizing the annual employee certification process and maintaining relevant documentation;

• Participation in the development and implementation of company internal policies and procedures;

• Ensuring effective communication between management and employees.
