Concrete Plant Mechanic

Haniel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Haniel Cement is the sole producer of clinker in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Haniel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

Haniel Cement is announcing a vacancy for a Concrete Plant Mechanic position at its concrete manufacturing plant in Tbilisi.

Work conditions:

**Work location:** Tbilisi (Pekri Street #32); **Work schedule:** 5 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays off); **Number of vacant positions:** 1.

Main duties and responsibilities:

**Ensure the technical functionality of the plant;** **Monitor, maintain, and store handed over tools, devices, and machine mechanisms;** **Identify and eliminate mechanical equipment damage/defects;** **Plan and perform current repairs of the plant;** **Constantly monitor equipment and devices to take preventive measures;** **Provide information/documentation on completed work to the direct manager;** **Comply with labor safety rules and regulations in force on the company's work area.**

Qualification requirements and skills:

**At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position;** **Professional education in mechanical engineering;** **B category driver's license is desirable;** **Knowledge and practical experience in welding;** **Welder qualification certificate is desirable;** **Sense of responsibility;** **Ability to plan and organize activities;** **Analytical skills;** **Time management skills;** **Ability to promptly eliminate problems.**
