Sales Manager

"ROYAL HOUSE", an international real estate agency, is expanding its activities and strengthening its team, and is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

We are looking for responsible, initiative and result-oriented candidates who want to develop professionally in the field of real estate.

Main responsibilities:

• Professional communication with existing and potential clients;
• Identifying client needs and offering appropriate real estate;
• Presenting objects and organizing individual viewings;
• Conducting commercial negotiations;
• Managing the entire sales process and completing transactions;
• Building long-term partnerships with clients;
• Maintaining high standards of company services.

Qualification requirements:

• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsibility, professional ethics, and organization;
• Ability to work independently and make decisions;
• Initiative and result orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in sales or real estate is desirable.

Remuneration and cooperation conditions:

• First 3 months, fixed salary;
• From the fourth month, result-based commission system;
