Job Description IERI is announcing a vacancy for a full-time Sales Associate position in Tbilisi.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional consultations to customers and assist in product selection; - Ensure the visual standards of the store and proper presentation of products; - Establish positive and long-term relationships with customers; - Accurately and smoothly execute the sales process and financial transactions; - Participate in creating a pleasant, hospitable, and inspiring environment in the store; - Share information with customers about Georgian designer brands, their history, and collections; - Maintain a high standard of service and create a unique experience for customers.
Requirements - Customer service and effective communication skills; - Interest in the fashion industry, particularly Georgian designer brands, style, and design; - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; - Good knowledge of Georgian and English languages, both written and verbal communication (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage); - Basic computer skills, experience working with POS systems and inventory management programs; - Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic work environment; - Experience working in retail or a similar field is desirable but not required; - At least a secondary education; additional education in fashion or business will be considered an advantage.
