Content Creator

Construction and development company "Capital Square" is looking for a Content Creator who understands the specifics of social networks (FB, IG, TikTok, Linkedin). Knows what kind of content works where and how.

Working location: Tbilisi; behind the Palace of Sports. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:30

Main responsibilities

Developing and implementing content ideas for the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin); Planning, shooting, and processing photo and video content; Creating and editing short videos; Participating in preparing creative and interesting texts for social media; Participating in developing and implementing a monthly content calendar; Participating in covering construction projects, current works, and company news; Participating in creating visual and video content for advertising campaigns; Adapting content to the specifics of different social media platforms; Collaborating with marketing and sales teams in the content planning and creation process; Analyzing the results of published content and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualification requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in content creation; Knowledge of social network content formats and specifics; Practical experience in video shooting and editing; Knowledge of video editing programs (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or others); Knowledge of Canva or other visual content creation programs; Ability to write interesting and effective texts for social media; Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas independently; Fluent Georgian speech and writing; Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.

Additional advantages will be considered:

Experience in creating content in the real estate, architecture, or development sector; Experience working with professional cameras and video shooting equipment; Knowledge of video scenario creation and storytelling principles.

Remuneration: negotiable - depending on experience.
