Sales Manager

Company "Royal Express" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

Royal Express is an international logistics company operating in Georgia, successfully serving businesses in the field of international cargo import and export since 2020.

The company combines a logistics hub, a professional team, and a reliable partner network, providing high-quality logistics services in the field of land, sea, rail, and air transportation.

Working conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi, Dighomi, E. Kheivani #19; Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00; Salary: fixed 2,000 - 3,000 GEL (depending on experience) + bonus Health insurance Vacation 24 working days + 6 additional days off; Corporate number with unlimited talk time

Main functions and responsibilities:

Searching for potential clients (companies with international cargo) and attracting new companies; Communication with local companies by phone and in person, organizing meetings and conducting negotiations; Identifying customer needs and offering relevant transportation/logistics services; Creating a new client base and developing an existing client portfolio; Preparing commercial offers, agreeing on conditions, and conducting negotiations; Signing contracts and preparing invoices; Managing the entire sales cycle - from finding a potential client to completing the shipment; Operational control of the execution of received orders (cargo transportation); Maintaining and developing long-term and partnership relationships with clients; Responsibility for fulfilling sales plans and KPIs;

Qualification requirements:

Experience in sales in a logistics/transportation company is required; Knowledge of the specifics of international sea, air, land, and rail transportation; Experience in selling logistics services and negotiating with clients; Proven experience in finding and attracting new clients; Experience in managing the entire sales cycle; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Result-oriented and high sense of responsibility; Basic knowledge of office programs (Excel, MS Office, Outlook/E-mail); Experience working with CRM and BIA databases; Knowledge of Russian and/or English at a communicative level;
