Auto Insurance Claims Service Manager

Insurance company Aldagi announces a vacancy for the position of Auto Insurance Claims Service Manager in the Insurance Claims Service Department. Work location: Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya #16 (Head Office) Working hours: 10:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Main responsibilities: - Primary communication with clients at the time of insurance claims occurrence for auto insurance claims regulation and, if necessary, visiting the scene; - Providing clients with information on the necessary documentation to be collected; - Initial assessment of the case and making a decision on the need to involve an expert; - Preparing a primary report after receiving the necessary documentation and transferring it to the back office for review; - Submitting documentation, and if incomplete, providing information on bringing it to completion; - Informing clients about the decision made by the company, familiarizing them with the insurance claim act, and ensuring its signature.

Basic requirements: - Higher education; - Required experience in the banking or insurance sector, in client relations/service; - Experience working in a similar position at an insurance company will be considered an advantage; - Important experience working with documentation; - Communicative level of English and Russian languages; - Category B driving license.
