Company Lawyer

"Giorgi Zarnadze's Legal Company" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Company Lawyer.

Conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi (business center in Saburtalo)

• Working hours: Full-time. Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 (remote or part-time work is not considered)

• Salary: 2,500 GEL (hand-on) + unlimited talk time;

• Probation period: 6 months (fully paid) after the probation period 3,000 GEL hand-on.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation/analysis of all types of legal documents (contract, agreement, order, statement, act, protocol, regulation, charter, internal regulations, etc.);
• Preparation of administrative complaints and representation in administrative bodies;

• Providing legal consultations and drawing up legal conclusions;

• Litigation in the first instance court;

• Registration of companies in the business registry;

• Registration of real estate in the public registry;

• Various.

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Higher legal education (with a focus on civil law) (candidates who are students will not be considered);

• At least 1 year of experience as a lawyer (mandatory);

• Perfect knowledge of English (mandatory);

• Knowledge of office computer programs (mandatory).
