The insurance company "Unison" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Product Development Manager.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Gamrekeli St. 19 Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:30-18:30

Main responsibilities:

Research and analysis of the market, competitive environment, customer needs, and sales trends; Assessment of the competitiveness of existing insurance products and identification of opportunities for their improvement; Development of the concept, business case, and commercial offer for new insurance products and changes to existing products; Planning and coordination of the process of developing and launching new products with relevant structural units; Monitoring of product sales, commercial efficiency, and profitability, and initiating relevant improvements; Searching for and evaluating new business opportunities and product-related partners; Conducting commercial negotiations with benefit partners and managing partner relationships; Managing information about partners, offers, and contracts, and monitoring deadlines; Analyzing the progress and results of product development projects, preparing relevant reports and recommendations; Evaluating the results of implementing new products and changes, and planning improvement measures if necessary.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Experience working in product management, product development, marketing, business development, or a similar position; Experience in brand management and development, market positioning, and planning marketing activities. Experience in researching and analyzing the market, competitive environment, and customer needs; Experience in creating new products/services or developing existing products; Ability to prepare commercial offers and analytical reports; Experience in project management and effective collaboration with various structural units; Experience in negotiating with partners and managing commercial relationships; Knowledge of the insurance field and insurance products will be considered an advantage; Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of English.
