Position description:
The Real Estate Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the product concept of development projects, including analyzing market requirements, determining key project parameters, overseeing design solutions, and preparing the final product for commercial realization.
Key responsibilities
- Developing real estate product concepts, including market positioning, target audience, functional composition, and competitive advantages
- Calculating project technical and economic parameters (TEP), determining apartment types and area distribution, and optimizing planning efficiency
- Preparing detailed technical assignments (briefs) for architects and design teams
- Overseeing design solutions at all project stages and ensuring their compliance with product requirements
- Reviewing and optimizing planning, finishes, engineering systems, common and auxiliary spaces
- Collaborating with the financial team to analyze the market and competitive environment, determining price positioning and financial scenarios
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, and external consultants, and agreeing on design solutions
- Developing product vision and standards for external development projects, evaluating concepts, and supervising design teams
- Preparing product presentations, comparing scenarios, and justifying solutions for stakeholders and partners
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop commercial materials and positioning messages
- Collecting market and sales feedback and considering the received information in further product development
- Performing other tasks related to the development of development products.
Requirements and necessary skills
- Higher education in architecture, engineering, real estate, business administration, economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the real estate development sector, in product development or project management
- Experience in managing development projects, determining apartment mix, and evaluating spatial planning
- Knowledge of design drawings and technical documentation
- Experience in analyzing project financial and commercial indicators (revenues, cost, margin, prices)
- Perfect knowledge of English (B2-C1 level)
- Experience working with AutoCAD / Revit / BIM programs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Teamwork and coordination skills in various directions
- Ability to manage several processes in parallel
