Location: Tbilisi
Responsibilities:
- Every day, before starting the work process, to introduce the work plan to the personnel employed on the construction site;
- To control the quality of the performed works;
- To control in detail the works in progress on the construction site during the day;
- To produce and archive project documentation in the form and rules determined by the company.
- To ensure the proper consumption of materials and equipment in order to minimize waste and increase productivity;
- To eliminate problems and delays that arise during the construction process in cooperation with the project manager, architect, engineers, and other involved parties;
- To control the work schedule of the personnel employed on the site;
- Every day, at the end of the working day, to produce a detailed report on the works performed on the site during the day.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position;
- Secondary technical education (preferably in the construction field);
- Knowledge of office computer programs at the user level (MS office)
- Knowledge of MS Project, Auto Cad, Archi Cad programs will be considered an advantage.
Working conditions:
