In spring 2025, a new restaurant - Brod will open on Ninoshvili Street. The project is implemented by Wilbour Holding, a team of young professionals.

We are looking for new members in Brod's kitchen, for the position of Cook.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Ninoshvili #69 Work rate and schedule: Full-time, 5 working days and 2 days off per week

Main functions and responsibilities: - Preparation of dishes available in the facility's menus, assisting the direct supervisor/chef in preparing dishes, in accordance with recipes and standards set by the facility - Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards - Monitoring supplies and providing information to the responsible person as needed - Receiving and properly storing warehouse products - Maintaining a safe and organized work environment - Safe and correct use of kitchen equipment - Effective cooperation with the hotel/restaurant team

Qualification requirements and skills: - Responsibility - Teamwork skills - Organization and discipline - Effective communication skills - Work experience in the restaurant field will be considered an advantage
