Project Manager in a Construction Company

Main Responsibilities:

• To supervise project processes (material compliance, project alignment, and preparation of various acts);
• To conduct negotiations with parties involved in the project;

• To plan and manage project budget, timeline;

• To ensure project quality;

• To plan, control, and manage project financial, technical, and human resources;

• To assess and prevent construction risks;

• To control planning and execution of construction works;

• To verify volumes of project documentation (architecture, construction, engineering);

• To manage, monitor, and make changes to project documentation (architecture, construction, engineering) if necessary;

• To liaise with local government bodies;

• To prepare daily reports on project progress;

• To organize regular meetings and manage subordinate personnel (if necessary, find required staff for the project);

• To ensure project labor safety norms;

• To lead and motivate the project team.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field;

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• Knowledge of programs (MS Office, MS Project, Archicad, Autocad);

• English and Russian language skills at a communicative level are desirable.
