E-commerce Manager

Company "Gitex" was founded in 2007 and has since been successfully operating in the market with lines of clothing, furniture and home accessories. It unites such international brands as: Penti, Matalan, OVS, Terranova, KIABI, Enza home, EnglishHome and Principe (HUGO BOSS, BIKKEMBERGS, Christian Lacroix, CERRUTI 1881, BALDESSARINI and POLICE). The company is represented by more than 35 stores in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Rustavi and Gori.

"Gitex" is announcing a vacancy for the position of E-commerce Manager.

Work conditions:

Full-time position; Location: Tbilisi, Mukhran Machavariani 4b.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Monitoring the entire process of online orders and managing problematic orders (controlling and coordinating payment processes, order cancellations, returns and refunds); Controlling the correct reflection of inventory and prices in systems; Checking, correcting and improving product information and translations; Updating product prices, descriptions, photos, collections, banners and campaign pages; Setting up online promotions, discounts and discount codes in the system; Preparing weekly sales reports, analyzing results and communicating with relevant parties; Communicating with customers and supporting them through online chats, calls and emails; Identifying needs to improve site functionality and user online experience and coordinating relevant initiatives.

Qualification requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in administering E-commerce platforms; Practical experience working with Shopify; Experience in managing online sales processes.

Desirable technical skills:

Shopify; Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Excel (Advanced); CMS Management; Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Skills:

Customer orientation; Effective problem-solving skills; Attention to detail; Ability to work in a multifunctional environment; Effective communication.
