Financial Planning and Analytics Manager

JSC "Iberia Refreshments" - the official bottler of PepsiCo in Georgia, is announcing a vacancy for a Financial Planning and Analytics Manager position, to replace an employee on maternity leave (expected contract duration - 8-9 months).

About the Company:

JSC "Iberia Refreshments" is the official bottler of PepsiCo in Georgia and has been operating since 2001. Currently, it is a member of the private international investment group "Revery Group" and has the exclusive right to produce and distribute non-alcoholic beverages (Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Aquafina) and the "snacks" category (Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, etc.); it also produces and distributes "Max Power" and Georgian lemonades (Iberia) in Georgia.

Work Format: Remote, with occasional office meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
• Management of the annual planning process, timely request of information from all parties involved to ensure the annual plan (AOP) submission deadline is met;
• To lead and ensure the quality and timeliness of the period's business review, flash results, and rolling forecast;
• Management/oversight of the performance process of each value and investment center;
• Leads the preparation of in-depth monthly analysis of country results, identification of trends, and provision of valuable insights and gap analysis;
• Systematic assessment of COGS and initiation of price recommendations;
• Performance tracking against KPIs;
• Profitability assessment by trade channel and SKU;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of sales-promoting expenses and activities;
• Daily support for the Budget Controller;
• Marketing budget / COOP calculation, preparation of interim reimbursement request files, supporting documentation, and communication with PepsiCo;
• Preparation and communication of concentrate price calculation files to PepsiCo;
• Management of the annual financial audit process.

Requirements / Personal Skills:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant position;
• High-level knowledge of office programs;
• English language proficiency - C1 level;
• Experience working with Power BI and SQL will be considered an advantage.
