Main responsibilities:
Providing telephone and online service to insured and/or potential customers; Fulfilling the established sales plan and achieving KPIs; Processing customer requests received through social channels and the website, and preparing relevant offers; Selling insurance policies and full administration of online-purchased policies; Issuing instructions for insurance compensation according to the contract; Monitoring customers with debt and communicating with them; Updating CRM and sales data, and reporting; Referring customer requests to relevant departments as needed;
Main qualification requirements:
Higher education or a student of the final course; At least 6 months of work experience in sales/service or administrative positions; User-level knowledge of office programs; Knowledge of Russian and English languages is required;
