Beverage Distribution Manager

Beverage company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Beverage Distribution Manager.

Work location: Mtskheta, Saguramo

Work schedule: 6 days a week

Remuneration: 7000 GEL (NET) + 1000 GEL bonus tied to KPI.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the full cycle of logistical processes;
• Assessing the efficiency of logistical costs and identifying opportunities for optimization;
• Ensuring timely and uninterrupted delivery of products to retail facilities;
• Ensuring the smooth operation of distribution-related processes;
• Controlling warehouse balances and commodity accounting;
• Organizing and controlling the processes of receiving, storing, accounting, loading and unloading of products;
• Monitoring cancelled orders and responding accordingly;
• Managing the process of returning products and inventory in a timely and accurate manner;
• Evaluating, motivating and monitoring the activity of subordinate employees, as well as monitoring work discipline and attendance;
• Managing the vehicle fleet and controlling technical maintenance;
• Timely response to problems arising in operational processes;
• Performing other duties related to the position, as assigned by the manager.

Qualification requirements:

• Knowledge of distribution systems and networks;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience working with 1C software will be considered an advantage.
