Company "Alter Smoke Georgia" is looking for a new team member and is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Agent.

SAME TASTE is an innovative product in the premium segment, positioned in the tobacco category with a different technological approach and a unique concept.

The product is based on real tobacco blends and is presented in the form of a closed pod system device that operates without a combustion process.

The concept of SAME TASTE is based on the synthesis of technological innovation and authentic tobacco blends, which gives the product a unique position in the premium category.

Work location: Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, Petre Iberi Street

Work schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:00

Remuneration and conditions

• Fixed salary, 1500 GEL + sales bonus (based on sales results)
• Full reimbursement of fuel expenses (based on mileage);
• Fixed reimbursement of vehicle depreciation;

Key requirements

• Experience in sales (preferably in FMCG or distribution)
• Knowledge of sales principles;
• Knowledge of merchandising basics;
• B category driver's license is required;
• Having your own car will be considered an advantage;

Functions and responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of the company's product range, characteristics, and commercial conditions, and professional presentation to trade partners;
• Active work focused on sales growth, searching for potential trade partners, and attracting new trade objects;
• Regular visits to trade objects, conducting commercial negotiations, and receiving orders;
• Fulfillment of sales plans and defined commercial goals;
• Agreement on cooperation conditions with trade partners in accordance with the company's policy and established procedures;
• Monitoring of product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards in trade objects;
• Control of product stocks in trade objects and timely provision of orders as needed;
• Study of the competitive environment, market trends, and trade partners' requirements;
• Coordination of order processing and timely delivery of products;

Personal qualities

• Ability to communicate effectively and conduct negotiations;
• Result-oriented and high sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
