Main functions and responsibilities: - Warm welcome of guests, detailed introduction to the menu, and offering dishes paired with drinks (wine, cocktails) or desserts; - Managing the full cycle of service while maintaining the hotel's internal standards (serving, gradual setting and tidying of tables); - Serving wine while maintaining the relevant professional standards; - Operational and error-free communication with the kitchen, bar, and service team; - Ensuring the readiness of the hall and workspace (preparing tables, ideal polishing of dishes and glasses); - Accurate posting of orders in the restaurant's operational program and efficient production of the settlement process (cash/non-cash);
