The goal of the position is: - The Preferred Banker is responsible for selling the Preferred Banking product to the target segment and providing high-quality, high-standard service.
Job description: - Identify and attract Preferred clients; - Offer and sell the full range of Credo products to Preferred clients; - Consult Preferred clients - develop the client's portfolio according to their set goals and needs; - Maintain constant contact with Preferred clients and introduce and offer them new products/services; - Ensure the acquisition, verification, recording, timely update, and storage of information necessary for identifying Preferred clients;
Knowledge, qualifications, skills: - Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, or business administration; - Mandatory experience working in the banking sector in credit or operational sales; - Effective written and verbal communication skills; - Knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level; - Well-developed negotiation and analytical skills; - Ability to easily accept new things and innovations; - Ability to work in a team and independently.
