Job Purpose:
The Warehouse and Procurement Manager is responsible for purchasing material resources in accordance with the company's needs, interacting with suppliers, managing the warehouse, and accounting and controlling inventory.
Requirements
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or procurement;
- B category driver's license and practical driving experience;
- High-level knowledge of office programs;
- Communicative level of English;
- Experience working with warehouse programs will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Searching for new suppliers and establishing business relationships with local and foreign suppliers;
- Organizing and monitoring the procurement process;
- Preparing and controlling procurement-related documentation, contracts, and invoices;
- Coordinating procurement-related issues with immediate supervisors and accounting;
- Controlling inventory balances of tools and spare parts;

- Controlling the accuracy of warehouse operations and the accounting process;
- Researching, comparing prices on the local market, and conducting negotiations with suppliers.
