Call Center Operator

Company "DYSON CAUCASUS" is announcing a vacancy for a Call Center Operator position. Our company's activity involves providing outsourcing services for the installation and supervision of office equipment on the Georgian market. The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to fully utilize their creative skills and ideas with the support of experienced team members.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both in a team and independently

• Skills in working with databases and analysis

• Time management skills

Main responsibilities:

• Making telephone offers to potential clients for company services

• Conducting email communication with interested customers and providing demo photo/video materials

• Sorting and filtering provided databases

• Producing an information archive as instructed by the direct supervisor;

• Conducting customer surveys - determining satisfaction

Main requirements:

• Higher education is not required

• Knowledge of foreign languages is not required

• At least one work experience where the candidate was employed for more than a year

• Must be active, able to have convincing conversations and swift communication

Additional information:

• Work schedule: 10:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday (1 hour break), weekends and holidays are days off. You have annual New Year's and Easter breaks totaling 15 days, plus 24 vacation days and 5 Dayoffs.

• Salary plus bonus - from 1800 GEL to 3500 GEL

• Office located in Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi.
