Human Resources Management Manager

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

Workplace: Head office, Tbilisi, S. Tsinadze str. 12, Axis Business Center.

Remuneration: Fixed salary according to qualification and experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and management of the recruitment cycle:

• Management of Onboarding/Offboarding process

• Implementation of the company's HRM processes;

• Administration of various types of electronic/material orders: appointment, dismissal, position change, salary change, leave, maternity leave, termination/extension, disciplinary matters;

• Administration and control of employees' work schedules;

• Planning and management of trainings and incentives for company employees.

• Implementation and management of evaluation systems;

• Work on payroll;

• Active participation in planning and implementation of various entertaining and cultural events for employees;

• Participation in employment forums;

• Administration of company benefits:

• Support in company's administrative issues.

• Reporting to the direct supervisor;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of sociology, psychology or business administration is desirable;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• Knowledge of the Labor Code;

• Good knowledge of office programs;

• Experience in working with ERP programs

Required skills:

• Effective time management;

• Ability to organize and plan activities;

• Teamwork skills;
