Main responsibilities:
Market analysis - constant monitoring of international parapharmacy market trends; Searching for new brands, processing their assortment, and determining the brand's potential, selecting the assortment, and negotiating conditions with the supplier; processing orders for international suppliers' brands in the portfolio; Developing short-term and long-term plans for brands in the portfolio (forecasting purchases); Preparing monthly purchase reports and balance sheets for brands in the portfolio, broken down by pharmacy; Ensuring transportation and customs documentation related to purchases, through close communication with the supplier and logistics department; Controlling expiration dates and balances in pharmacies, and ensuring internal transfers as needed, involving the parapharmacy revenue operator of the network; Developing recommendations on product prices/costs based on monitoring competitor brand prices in the market; Providing information about products to the marketing department; requesting and providing necessary information from the supplier to the marketing department and training manager; Performing other tasks related to the activity;
Qualification requirements:
Higher education in Business Administration/Marketing; At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position; MS Office skills at a user level; English language proficiency at B2 level;
