Legal Counsel

LLC "IG Development Georgia", which owns two shopping centers and a business center "City Tower" in City Mall, Tbilisi, is announcing a vacancy for a Legal Counsel position.

Location: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue #70

Working hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00)

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of necessary contracts and other legal documents during the organization's operations process Conducting negotiations with potential tenants and signing lease agreements with them Conducting negotiations with the counterparty to agree on conditions during the contract preparation process Legal analysis and expertise of contracts Monitoring, analysis, and providing recommendations on new legislation Preparing correspondence and other documentation related to the company's activities when necessary Preparation of the company's founding documents (charter, meeting protocols, partner decisions), making changes, and registration in the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal persons Representation in any administrative or other type of body and organization

Qualification requirements:

Higher legal education At least 4 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
