SINSAY Store Manager

LPP Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of SINSAY Store Manager in the city of Senaki.

Main responsibilities of the position:

Organization of the store's work to achieve sales and set goals; Leadership and development of the team: planning schedules, redistributing tasks, training and motivating employees; Ensuring visual merchandising, service, and operational process standards; Control of inventory, monitoring product availability and turnover; Analysis and improvement initiatives of key store indicators (revenue, conversion, average check, loss); Ensuring reporting accuracy, budget control, and loss prevention; Store readiness for audits, inventory, and security checks; Professional representation of the company in internal and external relations; Compliance with labor laws, health and safety, and internal regulations; Participation in the opening of new stores and implementation of company strategies.

Qualification requirements and skills:

Higher or professional education; At least 2 years of experience as a store manager with a team of 5+ people; Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills; Knowledge of sales analysis, team management, and retail operations; Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and customer service standards; Computer program knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, and retail reporting); English language - at least Intermediate level; Developed communication and conflict management skills.

Additional information:

Salary: 1800-2000 GEL (depending on experience); Workplace: Senaki, Chavchavadze N123; Work schedule: Full-time.
