We are looking for a motivated and communicative person for the position of Telephone Sales Operator.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone communication with customers;
• Correctly identify customer needs and interests;
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers;
• Formalize orders and record them in the relevant system;
• Fulfill individual monthly sales plans;
• Establish long-term and positive relationships with customers.

Qualification requirements:

• Fluent speech in Georgian;
• Ability to clearly and convincingly express thoughts;
• Punctuality and high sense of responsibility;
• Desire and ability to communicate with people;
• Teamwork skills.
