Regional Manager

Master Coffee is the official distributor of Jacobs in Georgia and the owner of the COFFEESTA cafe chain. The company offers a wide range of coffee beans, including CARTE NOIRE, JACOBS, PIAZZA DORO, and L'OR, as well as coffee machines from Franke, Schaerer, Astoria, Saeco, and Dr. Coffee.

The company is announcing a vacancy for a Regional Manager position.

The main goal of the position: To develop the company's sales in the western and eastern regions of Georgia (excluding Tbilisi), attract new partners in the HoReCa sector, and effectively manage a subordinate team.

Work schedule: 09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday; Remuneration: Fixed salary (quarterly bonus system);

Key responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the daily activities of subordinate regions; - Manage, motivate, develop, and coordinate the team of subordinate sales managers; - Develop and implement a sales growth strategy, ensuring the achievement of set goals and KPI indicators; - Conduct effective negotiations with representatives of HoReCa, retail, chain, and other commercial objects; - Ensure the maintenance of existing partner companies; - Fulfill sales plans within the established deadlines; - Control debt and debit balances; - Implement the company's set goals and priorities; - Submit periodic reports to management; - Provide periodic reports to management on sales results, achievements, and development plans.

Requirements: - At least 5 years of team management experience; - Experience working in the HoReCa sector or distribution will be considered an advantage; - Strong negotiation and communication skills; - Ability to plan and organize work processes; - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; - High responsibility and result-orientedness; - MS Office knowledge; - Knowledge of one foreign language (English/Russian) is desirable; - B-category driver's license;
