LLC "Regional Health Center" has been providing high-quality medical services to the population of 20 districts since 2013. The center is staffed with highly qualified personnel.

Qualification Requirements: - Higher medical education; - Certificate of clinical manager training; - At least 3 years of work experience in a managerial position in a clinic; - Knowledge of legislative norms related to medical activities;

Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating the work of various structural units of the clinic; - Ensuring the work of committees; - Controlling the timely and professional provision of services to patients; - Efficient use of medical consumables, medications, and reagents, and controlling the safe and proper operation of equipment/apparatus in the clinic; - Controlling the epidemiological regime in the clinic in accordance with legislation; - Controlling the observance of medical ethics/deontology norms and principles of goodwill and confidentiality in patient and colleague relationships; - Production/control of medical documentation; - Ensuring the proper functioning of the medical information program;

Personal Characteristics: - Attention to detail; - Ability to work according to standards in the department; - Ability to work in a stressful environment; - Communicativeness and sense of collegiality; - Confidentiality;
