Telephone Operator

Main responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and providing information Receiving orders from hotel rooms Communication and registration/recording/notation of complaints Performing any other duties related to the activity as needed

Skills and requirements:

Perfect knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage); Knowledge of office, computer and hotel operating programs (Opera) will be considered an advantage; High sense of responsibility; Attention to details; Energetic, communicative, polite, attentive; Ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions;
