Intern - Export Manager

LLC "Palati" was founded in 2022. The company's high-tech production responds to engineering requirements of any complexity in the construction and furniture production sectors. Palati's partners include successful companies from America and Europe, and exports are carried out with international certification and quality control. The company's main driving force is the combined effort of around 400 professionals and shared values.

The company "Palati" is looking for a motivated candidate who wants to learn about the export direction in practice, get involved in the process of fulfilling real orders, and gain experience in cooperation with international partners.

Working conditions:

• Position: Intern - Export Manager

• Workplace: Rustavi, G. Mazniashvili St. #4

• Work format: On-site

• Internship duration: 5 months

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 - 18:00

• Salary - 500 GEL per month (paid in hand)

What will you learn during the internship?

• The full export cycle - from receiving the order to delivering the cargo to the destination country;

• Communication with foreign customers, studying their requirements, and managing business relationships;

• Receiving, processing orders, and controlling their execution;

• Researching export markets and finding potential buyers;

• Presenting products, preparing commercial offers, and determining export prices;

• Commercial negotiations and the process of preparing contracts;

• Preparing export documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and other attached documentation);

• Basic principles of export customs procedures;

• Planning shipments and cooperation with logistics companies;

• Preparing sales reports and processing customer claims.

Who are we looking for:

A candidate who:

• Is a last-year student or graduate in business administration, international business, economics, marketing, or a related field;

• Speaks English and/or Russian;

• Is proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel;

• Is interested in international trade and logistics;

• Is focused on employment in the company after the internship and long-term cooperation.
