Investment Advisor

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

At "Archi" we are looking for an Investment Advisor and its main functions will be:

• To ensure the smooth process of after-sales service of international sales;
• Daily administrative support of the international sales process;
• Participation in the preparation of presentations for foreign investors;
• Control over the fulfillment of contractual conditions signed between the parties;
• Provision of various documentation, including changes to the payment schedule;
• Administration of communication with notaries, lawyers, and banks;
• Support for organizing visits, tour programs, and transfers for foreign customers and guests;
• Administrative support for international exhibitions and events;
• Organization of visits to Archi projects;
• Identification of the customer's request/problem set, referral to relevant structural units, and monitoring of timely fulfillment of the request;
• Coordination of the development/change of the apartment scheme requested by the customer - agreement between the parties and obtaining final confirmation from the resident;
• Timely informing the customer about news and changes;
• Reflection of customer data in the database and CRM;
• Proactive communication with clients in the portfolio, periodic outgoing calls to inquire.

Qualification requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in the direction of serving international customers;
• Very high level of English language knowledge;
• High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office.
