Main responsibilities:
- Organization and supervision of construction, renovation, and finishing works;
- Daily task assignment, planning, and distribution to relevant profile workers;
- Organization of necessary purchases for the work to be performed;
- Searching, selection, and recruitment of necessary workers;
- Coordination with subcontractors and specialists;
- Timely identification of problems arising during the work process and organization of their solution;
- Control of the quality of performed works and compliance with the project;
- Participation in the accounting of materials and volumes of work;
