Our team is looking for a Marketing Specialist.
Work schedule: Part-time.
Location: Tbilisi, brothers Zubalashvili 16.
Remuneration:
- Fixed salary 1,000 GEL;
- Additional remuneration for leads attracted from social media;
- Paid probationary period - 3 months;
Responsibilities:
- Managing the company's website and social media platforms, regularly posting, updating, and developing content;
- Planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency;
- Planning and effective management of the advertising budget, analyzing the results and effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Monitoring, recording, and evaluating the effectiveness of attracting potential customers (leads) received as a result of advertising campaigns;
- Finding opportunities to attract new potential customers through social media and digital marketing channels and implementing relevant activities;
- Ensuring the growth of the company's brand awareness and strengthening its positioning, participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies and activities;
- Systematic monitoring of marketing activities, analyzing key performance indicators (KPI), and preparing periodic reports;
- Organizing and, if necessary, directly implementing photo and video shoots of the company's current and completed projects, preparing visual and textual content, and posting it on relevant digital platforms.
Qualification requirements:
- Knowledge of English/Russian at a conversational level;
- Basic knowledge of computer programs;
- Basic theoretical knowledge of marketing;
- Experience in marketing is desirable
