Project Manager - Volunteer

The charitable foundation "Together Let's Change the World" is looking for a new team member for the position of Project Manager.

About the Foundation: Our activities are focused solely on children's health care (through funding medication and operations). All processes and activities related to this work are managed by volunteers. The foundation has no operational costs: no one receives a salary, we do not have business trips, we do not purchase any services, etc. If any direction becomes necessary to be funded, volunteers involved in the foundation carry out this work with their own funds. We are looking for a team member: someone with interesting ideas, a volunteering attitude, and a desire to help others selflessly, who wants to be involved in real projects, take responsibility, and grow professionally through charitable activities.

Project Manager (Volunteer)

Working Conditions:

• Work format: fully remote;

• Load: an average of 1 hour per day;

• Schedule: flexible, compatible with studies or a main job;

• Remuneration: volunteer, without compensation.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of the foundation's charitable projects and initiatives;

• Recording new project ideas and organizing their implementation;

• Determining project goals, main stages, and deadlines;

• Coordinating the activities of volunteers involved in projects and promoting teamwork;

• Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and improving processes if necessary;

• Summarizing project results and sharing information with the team.

What We Expect from You:

• Experience in project management or coordination will be considered an advantage, but is not required;

• Motivation to engage in volunteer work and contribute to helping children;

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
