"Talkpal" is looking for an Affiliate/CRM Marketing Specialist to develop CRM, Email, and Affiliate marketing for its products (iOS, Android, Web, Business). The successful candidate will work remotely on lifecycle communications and Affiliate program management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns;
- Plan and launch push notifications and in-app communications;
- Segment customers and set up personalized communications;
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results;
- Manage the Affiliate program in the international market: find new partners, register them on the company's Affiliate platform under standard conditions (Onboarding), provide support, and monitor results;
- Identify new growth opportunities in CRM and Performance channels and develop relevant initiatives;
- Report, set up dashboards, and prepare data-driven recommendations;
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to plan and synchronize campaigns.
You bring:
- At least 3 years of work experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Growth Marketing;
- Practical experience in managing and scaling Affiliate marketing channels;
- Experience working with CRM platforms;
- Experience working with push notifications;
- Experience working with product and marketing analytics tools;
- High-level English proficiency (C1/C2).
