Key Account Manager

"ESPRESSO GEORGIA" is the largest importer of coffee beans since 2006, as well as premium quality syrups, toppings, cocktail additives, and raw materials for preparing cold and hot beverages.

"ESPRESSO GEORGIA" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Key Account Manager.

Remuneration: fixed + bonus (depending on experience) Schedule: 5 working days

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of sales plans for the network direction and work on sales growth;
• Analysis of turnover, sales, and main products of partner companies and trade outlets;
• Conducting negotiations with network partners and managing cooperation conditions;
• Coordination of the process of receiving, processing, and timely delivery of orders;
• Participation in planning and executing promotions and actions;
• Control of merchandising standards at trade outlets;
• Daily monitoring of sales and proposing relevant initiatives to improve results;
• Managing, monitoring, and evaluating the activities of a subordinate merchandiser;
• Setting goals, providing support and motivation for the team;
• Preparing reports on sales and work performed.
