HR Practicum

Discover the world of HR with real business cases, modern tools, and practical experience!

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a multifaceted and constantly evolving field that cannot be fully mastered within a single course.

Our goal is not to promise that you will become an HR professional in 10 meetings.

The AACC HRM Practicum is designed to introduce you to the main directions of the field, test your skills as an HR specialist in real work processes, and help you better understand how human resource management works in modern business.

This is an opportunity to "taste" different areas of HR, gain practical experience, and discover which ones are of particular interest to you.

What does the practicum include?

HR Administration and Payroll: personnel documentation, reporting, and basics of payroll administration. Labor Law: employment contracts, job descriptions, and basic legal issues. Recruitment and AI: candidate search and selection, interview techniques, modern recruitment tools, and practical integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the selection process. Employee Development: training, professional development programs, and team building. Evaluation and HR Analytics: KPI, employee evaluation systems, data-driven decisions. Career Branding: professional CV, personal positioning, and preparation for the job market.

How will we learn?

Less theory, more real practice!

Participants will work on real business cases, HR documents, templates, and digital tools, get acquainted with practical challenges, and ways to solve them.

The goal of the practicum is not to study all areas in-depth, but to gain a realistic understanding of HR work processes and find the right direction for professional development.

Practicum Mentor

Miranda Gabunia

HR and organizational development professional with 12+ years of experience, including 7 years in managerial positions in public, international, and private organizations. Member of the HR Professionals Association, TCJ certified trainer, HRM, Team Building, and career development practitioner.

Practicum Details:

Start: November 10 Duration: 10 meetings, each 2 hours (total 20 hours).

The training takes place in three groups:

Group A | Onsite

• Days: Tuesday and Thursday
• Time: 19:00-21:00
• Location: AACC Head Office, Business Center "Mosaic", 61 Akakiy Avenue (near Metro Marjanishvili)
• Cost: 695 GEL

Group B | Online

• Days: Tuesday and Thursday
• Time: 15:00-17:00
• Cost: 595 GEL

Group C | Online

• Days: Wednesday and Friday
• Time: 15:00-17:00
• Cost: 595 GEL

Additional conditions:

• Payment can be made in two parts.
• Participant selection will be based on an online interview.
