Main functions and responsibilities: - Daily management of the website – timely reflection of news and discounts. - Sorting products into categories and systematizing categories/collections. - Management of visual and text content: posting product photos and banners on the website and marketplaces. - Preparation, translation, and updating of product descriptions. - Visual arrangement of the main page and category pages, adaptation to seasonal promotions. - Uploading, updating, and correcting products. - Inventory management and timely indication of sold-out products. - Full management of the store on Extra, Wolt, and Glovo platforms: product placement, assortment updates, price synchronization, and promotion activation. - Timely resolution of issues related to orders (delays, complaints, problematic orders) through communication with couriers and support teams. - Formalizing incoming orders on e-commerce platforms. - Ensuring uniformity of information on all platforms (prices, inventory, descriptions, images). - Constant monitoring and implementation of trends and news in relation to the brand. - Proposing, discussing, and implementing new ideas. - Daily coordination with marketing, warehouse, and courier services for the smooth operation of the website and marketplaces. - Periodic reporting of sales, inventory, and platform results to management. - Timely activation of new promotions, discounts, and promo codes on the site and marketplaces. - CRM management.
