Class Teacher

We are looking for a Class Teacher who will take care of the well-being and development of each student in the class.

Main responsibilities

• Ensures the academic, social, and emotional development of each student in the class and creates a safe, supportive environment;
• Monitors students' attendance, behavior, and academic progress and reacts in a timely manner if necessary;
• Plans and conducts class hours that promote students' self-regulation, responsibility, collaboration, and social-emotional skills;
• Communicates regularly and constructively with parents on student development issues, including individual and group meetings;
• Collaborates with teachers working in the class, stage coordinators, and school administration to provide each student with tailored support;
• Participates in assessing student needs and planning support with the school psychologist and other specialists;
• Coordinates educational, cultural, and social projects and activities in the class;
• Maintains class documentation in the electronic journal;
• Participates in the school's professional development programs and supports the school's values and culture.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education (preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field);
• Experience working as a Class Teacher;
• Desirable experience working with school-age students (in both formal and informal education);
• Knowledge of classroom management and social-emotional learning;
• Knowledge of student-centered approaches and ability to use digital tools (electronic journal, Google Workspace);
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and organize with parents, colleagues, and students;
• High sense of responsibility, empathy, initiative, and desire for professional development.

If the interview is successful, the candidate will move to the second stage of the selection process, which involves performing a specific activity selected individually for the candidate.
