Qualification requirements: - Higher or professional education in IT, network technologies or a similar field; - Experience working as an IT technician, network administrator or technical support specialist; - Practical knowledge of network infrastructure, cabling, Rack, Patch Pane and network devices; - Knowledge of configuring and diagnosing Router, Switch and Firewall devices; - Experience in installing and technically supporting video surveillance and audio/video systems will be considered an advantage; - Ability to quickly identify, diagnose and independently eliminate technical problems; - Experience working with Hepdesk systems and documenting technical issues; - High sense of responsibility, efficiency and ability to communicate effectively with users.
