Function-Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor the organization's human resource management strategy and policy across the organization;
- Develop HR procedures and instructions and update them periodically;
- Organize and manage the full cycle of employee selection process;
- Plan and implement necessary measures for onboarding/adaptation of new employees in the company;
- Manage personnel and control turnover;
- Identify training needs, plan/organize and conduct basic trainings;
- Develop, improve, manage and control the evaluation system;
- Develop a motivation system and plan/implement relevant activities;
- Produce documentation in accordance with Georgian labor legislation and company charter.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education (in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Psychology);
- At least 4 years of experience in HR management as a leader;
- High level of English and Russian language proficiency.
