Cashier-Consultant

Working conditions:

• Work rate: Full-time and/or part-time;
• Work schedule: 5 working days a week, according to shifts;
• Rest: 2 days a week;
• Salary: Fixed + bonus;
• 30% discount on Celio products;
• After the probation period, an unlimited subscription to Tbilisi municipal transport (metro, bus, minibus).

Main responsibilities

• Providing high-quality service and professional consultation to customers;
• Thoroughly studying product features and offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs;
• Effectively managing the sales process and achieving set goals;
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers;
• Working at the cash register and correctly managing the payment process;
• Properly displaying products and adhering to merchandising standards;
• Controlling product quantities and price indicators in the trading hall;
• Participating in the process of transferring goods and seasonal discounts;
• Organizing the section under responsibility and maintaining the visual standards of the store.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in retail or customer service is desirable;
• Experience working with a cash register will be considered an advantage;
• Experience working with relevant programs is desirable;
• Effective communication and sales skills with customers;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
• Energy and customer-oriented attitude;
• English language skills at a communicative level are required;
• Higher education is desirable.
