Functions and responsibilities: - Managing human resource administration processes; - Preparing and producing personnel documentation; - Administering employee data in 1C and RS.ge; - Administering employment contracts and personnel changes; - Managing employee personal files and documentation; - Preparing personnel orders; - Archiving documentation of terminated employees; - Managing corporate health insurance - adding, terminating, and updating employee data; - Participating in recruitment and corporate event organization if needed; - Performing manager's tasks within the scope of competence.
